Mortgage Processor (Remote – India or Philippines)

About the Role

We are hiring experienced Mortgage Processors to support our U.S.-based mortgage operations team. This role requires strong knowledge of title, appraisal review, loan documentation, and U.S. mortgage workflow. Candidates must speak clear and understandable English to communicate with our partners and internal teams in the U.S.

We are looking for detail‑oriented, organized professionals who can manage multiple files, follow guidelines, and help deliver a smooth experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze appraisal reports and title commitments for accuracy and completeness.
• Request and track outstanding conditions from third‑party vendors.
• Update internal systems and maintain accurate, timely loan file status.
• Identify issues that may delay closings and proactively communicate solutions.
• Ensure all loan documentation meets investor, lender, and compliance requirements.
• Support a high-volume pipeline with strong organizational discipline.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in U.S. mortgage operations (processing, loan set‑up, title, appraisal, or similar).
• Knowledge of title or appraisal review required (experience with both preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills — verbal and written — clear and easy for U.S. partners to understand.
• Ability to work during U.S. business hours or partial overlap.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote work environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Encompass.
• Previous BPO or outsourced mortgage operations experience.
